- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account.
3. Service Scope
- Mana Basket delivers grocery and business essentials to registered businesses within the defined service areas.
- All orders are subject to product availability and delivery schedule confirmation.
- Prices, offers, and delivery charges are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Payments & Refunds
- Payments can be made via UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, or approved credit terms for eligible businesses.
- If a product is unavailable after order placement, we will issue a refund or suggest a suitable substitute upon your approval.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as a credit note within 7–10 business days.
5. Delivery
- Delivery times depend on your location, order volume, and selected business slot.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- Please ensure an authorized person is available at the business address to receive and verify the order.
