Refunds are applicable in the following scenarios: order cancellation (as per policy), missing or incorrect items, damaged/spoiled goods upon delivery, or failed delivery due to our operational error.

Partial Refunds / Replacements

In cases where only part of an order is unavailable or arrives in a damaged condition, our support team will contact you promptly. You may choose to receive a partial refund for the affected items or opt for a replacement in your next scheduled delivery.

  1. In-App: Navigate to 'My Orders' → Select the relevant order → Tap 'Report an Issue'.
  2. Via Email: Send your request, along with your Order ID and details, to our support team at support@manabasket.in.
