You may cancel an order at no charge before our warehouse begins processing it. Once order processing has commenced, cancellations may not be possible and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If a cancellation is approved after processing has started, a nominal restocking or processing fee may apply.

All content within the Mana Basket application (including but not limited to the logo, design, text, graphics, and icons) is the exclusive property of Mana Basket or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any such content without our prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mana Basket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our app or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the services shall not exceed the total value of the specific order in question.
We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. The revised policy will be posted within the Mana Basket application. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
