At Mana Basket, we are committed to delivering your business grocery orders reliably, efficiently, and in optimal condition.
Service Areas – We currently serve registered businesses within Hyderabad, Secunderabad, and select industrial and commercial zones in the surrounding region.
Delivery Time – Delivery windows are typically 2 to 4 hours from order confirmation, depending on location, product availability, and order size. Pre-scheduled delivery slots for the next day are also available.
Delivery Schedule – Services are available Monday through Saturday, excluding major public holidays. Special holiday schedules will be communicated in advance.
Delivery Charges – Delivery is free for all orders above ₹1,999. For orders below this threshold, a nominal logistics fee of ₹49–₹99 applies, based on location and order volume.
Order Confirmation – You will receive an order confirmation via SMS/email and in-app notification. Real-time order tracking is available within the Mana Basket application.
Failed Deliveries – If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, business closure, or no authorized person available to receive the order, the delivery may be rescheduled. A re-delivery fee may apply. Orders may be cancelled with a refund for the unavailable items if re-delivery is not possible.
B2B Delivery Protocol – Deliveries are made to the registered business address. An authorized representative must be available to receive, verify, and sign for the consignment. Contactless delivery options remain available upon request.
